A simple returns page

Write what you take back, how long a customer has, and how they should contact you, so the answer is the same every time someone asks.

What you take back

Write the cases you accept, such as a wrong item or something that arrived damaged. Write the cases you do not, if a piece cannot come back once it has been worn or opened. Be specific enough that a customer can decide before they order.

How long they have

Give a number of days from the day it arrives. Put that number on the page, and use the same number when someone messages you.

How they reach you

Say whether they should message you, email you, or use the contact on the site. Ask for the order and, if something arrived damaged, a photo. Say what you will do next, whether that is a replacement or taking it back.

Apply for early access when you want that page on the same site as the products. We’ll email you when a place is ready.
