Say when an order will arrive
Tell people which cities you deliver to, and how long it usually takes you, before they finish the order.
Which cities
Write the cities you deliver to on the page. If you only deliver in your own city, or only to a few, say that before someone enters an address you cannot serve.
How long it usually takes
Give the time you usually take, from the day you confirm the order to the day it arrives. A range you can keep is more useful than a promise. If one city takes longer, say so.
When it leaves
Say that you confirm the order first, then hand it to delivery. A customer who knows that will not expect a rider the same hour.
Apply for early access when you want those cities and times on the order, where the customer can read them again. We’ll email you when a place is ready.
